2. Next week we begin the new Week #3 Menu
Starting Monday, 2/25/08, we'll introduce the new Week #3 Lunch Menu for our two soups and two entree's. This week are served the Week #2 Menu and last week we served the Week #1 Menu. Then, the week following next, we'll repeat the three menus over the following three weeks and so forth.
Each Monday thru Saturday you'll have a choice of two fresh-made soups and two fresh-made entree's and over that three week period we won't repeat our selections*** to give you a total of over 30 different soups and 30 entree's over three weeks. New Menu #3 to be published to website by early Monday Morning, 2/25/08.
*** We'll repeat some selections, such as Spicy Indian Dahl every Saturday and each Monday in Week #1

3. Next Class: Moosewood Favorites 2/27/08 - All Seats Filled
All seats are filled for the next cooking class, Wed 2/27/08. This weekend we'll publish to our website (and available in the store) the recipes to be sampled from the Moosewood books.
- We're planning more classes for the months to follow. For example, we'll reschedule our "Hearty Winter Vegetarian Soups" to the second or third week of March.
