2. Cooking class: Moosewood Favorites - All Seats are Filled
Good News: the next cooking class, Wed 2/27/08, will be busy as all ten seats are filled with students whom will learn about preparing recipes from the Moosewood Restaurant Cookbook series. The Moosewood Restaurant is located in Ithaca, NY
- In next week's news will publish to the website the recipes to be sampled from the Moosewood books.
- We're planning more classes for the months to follow. For example, we'll reschedule our "Hearty Winter Vegetarian Soups" to the second or third week of March.
