Hello Downtown Grocery Shopper,
This is a Special issue because this July we are celebrating our one-year anniversary (we opened July 5th 2006) by introducing a new food service: a Downtown Salad Bar!

Our Downtown Salad Bar! is located across from our hot deli table. Stop-in soon to celebrate our birthday by enjoying a salad addition to Downtown Grocery...Downtown Salad Bar!:
- Choose from over 25 different selections, available Monday to Saturday (except Holidays)
...with typical items, such as Cut Carrots, Sliced Mushrooms, or Cherry Tomatoes
...combined with two types of Greens and several types of our own dressings.
- Plus fun things for a salad bar:
...Couscous Salad w/ Cucumbers, Peppers, Tomatoes
...Tuna & Green Pea Pasta
...Matchstick Kohlrabi
...African Gems (Sweet Potato Nuggets w/ Spices)
...and Grilled Onion-Gorgonzola-Walnut Foccacia.

Revised lunch menu
We've moved our web-site lunch menu to page two, click link below. We'll introduce soon a new two-week rotation with 48 different Entrées & Soups (vs 24 items in a one-week rotation). Our menu page is formatted for letter-size printing to show two-weeks. We'll bring back previously popular Entrées, such as the Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos, and prepare more new selections.

Revised Home Page
We've also revised the home page of our website to show the diverse offerings from Deli-berations, the kitchen at Downtown Grocery. For example, we now feature three hot breakfast entrées from 8 AM to 10:30 AM.

OPEN Wednesday July 4th
We'll be open from 8-7 for the Wednesday Mid-week Holiday and we serve a limited hot lunch menu including: Fresh Veggie Wraps, Ham & Turkey Sandwiches, Toasted Bread with Vegetables & Cheese, and one of our Signature Soups. Our primary non-local produce shipment will arrive on this Holiday too, so our staff will be busy again filling our baskets and produce cooler with wonderfully-tasty fruits and vegetables!
