Debbie Staehler grew up in food service. Her family owned a supper club near Eau Claire where Debbie was involved in many aspects of the kitchen and customer service. Debbie holds a BS in Dietitics from UW-Stout with a Minor in Sociology. Debbie also co-taught with Blaine a class at Grebe's in 2007 called "Organic Delights."

Blaine Tornow grew up around food, too! His father owned Tornow Grocery store (now the Rib Mountain IGA) and Blaine worked in all departments! Blaine also owns MoonShadow Farm, a MOSA Certified Organic Farm, located west of Wausau. Blaine is a devoted foodie, a vegetarian and attends cooking classes, including a raw vegan weekend class at Ecopolitan in Minneapolis, and a Chinese Cooking Class taught by Wing See at NTC. Blaine also co-taught with Debbie the Organic Delights class at Grebe's in 2007. Blaine has a detailed and energetic approach towards preparing good food!
